What materials do you offer for our packaging?

We offer a selection of materials such as pearl white PP film, transparent PP film, metallic PP film and PET/PE transparent and PET/PE metallic. Each material has special properties that are suitable for different products and industries. Order our sample package now to find out which material and size best suit your product

What is the "Made for Recycling" seal?

The "Made for Recycling" seal is a certification from Interzero that confirms that our packaging is particularly recyclable. The option to print your logo on the packaging is only available when using monomaterials. For more information about the Made for Recycling logo, visit Made for Recycling.

What are the advantages of your packaging?

Our packaging is recyclable, offers optimum protection for the products, has a high barrier function and is available in various sizes and designs.

Which products are your packaging suitable for?

Our packaging is suitable for food, cosmetics, pet food, food supplements and many other products. Each material has different properties, and we have the right one for your product. Can I integrate a transparent window into my packaging?

Yes, absolutely — a transparent window can be added anywhere on your pouch. However, it's only possible with transparent material. It's a design element, and you can find out exactly how it works, along with all the pros and cons, in our blog.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, there is no minimum order quantity with us. You can order exactly the quantity you need.

How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed via our Pouch Configurator on the website. Simply select the desired specifications and designs and follow the instructions. Have something different in mind? Feel free to contact us directly.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards via Stripe, PayPal and bank transfers.

Questions about design creation

How do I get the design for my packaging?

We are primarily a print service provider. You send us your design as a PDF or AI file, and we take care of the printing and pouching process. Most of our clients have their own marketing departments or work with external agencies. Once the design process is complete, we prepare the print files for each order from a technical standpoint.

However, we also offer full design services from the ground up. Additionally, we can recommend experienced packaging designers. If you don’t have a design yet, just get in touch with us, we’re happy to help.

What do I need to consider when creating my print file?

To make sure your packaging looks perfect, we carefully check every print file you send us. But you can speed things up by following a few simple design tips right from the start, and we’ve put together the most important ones for you.

It’s very important that you use the templates we provide right from the start and create your design directly in them, or transfer your existing design into the correct template. Printing on metallic materials? That’s where things get really exciting. The way white ink interacts with CMYK printing and a metallic surface can create stunning visual effects.

Where can I upload my designs?

You’ll be able to upload your print file during the checkout process in our Pouch Configurator, right after you’ve set up your packaging order and selected your production timeline. Want to include multiple designs in a single order? No problem, as long as the pouch material and size stay the same, that’s totally possible.

What shipping options do you offer?

We ship worldwide with UPS Express as our trusted logistics partner.

Do you ship also internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide, no matter which country. Even remote islands, we’ll find a solution for you. If you want a delivery to a specific country outside of Canada, Australia, the United States, or Europe, please get in touch with us beforehand. Your custom-printed packaging will find its way to you too.

How can I track the status of my order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your delivery online at any time.

Where is the product made, and do I have to pay customs duties or handle customs clearance myself?

We produce small to medium quantities in Germany (Bavaria) and larger quantities are manufactured in the USA. Depending on the order, we decide where production takes place. However, this doesn’t affect you, all orders are shipped DDP, so you don’t have to worry about customs clearance. Our entire customs process is automated. This also has no impact on shipping times since the customs process is fully streamlined.
