Payment methods

At Pouches.com we offer you a choice of secure and convenient payment methods to make your purchase as easy as possible. Choose the option that suits you best:

  • Credit Card

    Pay quickly and securely with your credit card. We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

  • PayPal

    Use your PayPal account for quick and easy payment. With PayPal you enjoy additional buyer protection and don't have to enter any sensitive data.

  • Invoice

    For our business customers, we also offer the option of payment on account. Pay conveniently from your account.

  • Direct debit

    Give us a direct debit authorization and we will conveniently collect the invoice amount from your account.

  • Prepayment

    Transfer the invoice amount to our account in advance. Once we have received your payment, we will start producing your order immediately.

Shipping

  • Carefree to the USADDP shipping

    We provide the full service for all deliveries to the USA: your order is shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that we bear all costs and risks until your order arrives - including customs duties. You can sit back and relax while we take care of everything!

  • Standard Shipping

    3-5 working days

    Choose our standard shipping for delivery within 3-5 working days.

  • Express Shipping

    within 1-3 days

    If you are in a particular hurry, use our express delivery service. Orders received by 10 a.m. will be delivered within 1-3 working days.

What shipping options does pouches.com offer?

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard shipping
  • Express shipping

How long does the dispatch take?

The delivery time depends on the selected shipping option. Standard shipping takes approx. 3-5 working days and express shipping 1-3 working days.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit card, PayPal, prepayment, invoice (for business customers) and direct debit.

Can I order on account as a private individual?

The payment option on account is reserved exclusively for our business customers. Private individuals can choose from the other available payment methods.

How does payment in advance work?

When paying in advance, you transfer the invoice amount to our account in advance. As soon as we have received the payment, we
will begin production of your order.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your delivery online at any time.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact our customer service immediately if your order arrives damaged. We will solve the problem as quickly as possible and deliver a replacement if necessary.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

If you would like to change your delivery address, please contact our customer service immediately. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we can usually adjust the address.

How long do I have to pay my invoice?

For business customers who order on account, the payment period is generally 14 days after receipt of the goods, unless otherwise agreed.
