POUCHES.com operates primarily as a business-to-business (“B2B”) provider of custom-printed flexible packaging and related products and services.

By using our website or otherwise providing personal information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

E. Artwork and Production Information

Because our Products are custom printed, Customers may provide us with PDF artwork, logos, trademarks, graphics, product information, labels, packaging designs, text, photographs, barcodes, QR codes, and other files or information required to manufacture the Products.

Such files may contain personal information depending on the content provided by Customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and authority to provide such information to POUCHES.com.

F. Communications

We may collect information when you communicate with us by email, telephone, contact form, or other means, including the contents of communications and any files or information you provide.

G. Appointment Information

If you schedule a meeting with us using Calendly, Calendly may collect information such as your name, email address, company information, appointment preferences, time zone, and information you voluntarily provide when scheduling a meeting.

Calendly processes this information in accordance with its own privacy practices.

POUCHES.com is a B2B website and is not directed to children.
