Return and Cancellation Policy for Custom-Printed Goods – pouches.com
As a business-to-business (B2B) service provider, we cater exclusively to business clients. Under Luxembourg law, specifically Article L.222-9 of the Luxembourg Consumer Code (Code de la Consommation), there is no right of cancellation for contracts involving the supply of goods that are custom-made or clearly personalized. Since all our products are customized according to the specifications provided by our clients, exchanges or returns are not permitted.
No Right of Cancellation for B2B Customers
The cancellation rights outlined in the Luxembourg Consumer Code apply exclusively to consumer (individual) purchases and do not extend to business-to-business (B2B) transactions. As our services are intended exclusively for business clients, consumer protection laws do not apply to these transactions.
Exclusion of Return Rights for Customized Goods
As stipulated by Article L.222-9 of the Luxembourg Consumer Code, return rights do not apply to products that are custom-manufactured or personalized to the client’s specifications. As each item we produce is uniquely printed to order, it cannot be resold and is therefore non-returnable.
Warranty and Claims for Defective Goods
If the goods delivered are defective due to an error in manufacturing, we will provide a replacement or repair. Defects must be reported in writing by the client within five (5) business days of receiving the order.
Refunds or returns cannot be accepted if the goods are correctly produced and meet the customer’s specifications. Our liability for defects is limited by the applicable commercial laws of Luxembourg, as per the Luxembourg Commercial Code (Code de Commerce) and the Civil Code (Code Civil).
