About Us

pouches.com / Labelisten International is a fast-growing provider of digitally printed packaging, specializing in custom stand-up pouches for coffee, supplements, snacks, pet food, and emerging CPG brands. We operate advanced HP Indigo technology and provide brands with flexible, fast-turnaround, print-on-demand packaging solutions. We are expanding nationwide and seeking Independent Sales Representatives (1099) who are strong closers, highly self-organized, and comfortable handling both warm inbound leads and targeted outbound outreach. This role is commission-only with unlimited earning potential.

Your Role: Closing Deals + Targeted Outbound

You will receive a steady stream of warm, high-intent leads from sample pack requests, trade shows, marketing campaigns, and online inquiries.

However: Cold calling and outbound outreach are required parts of this role.

  • Not the primary focus
  • But essential for growth, territory development, and hitting higher commission tiers
  • You must be confident and experienced in initiating conversations

This role is ideal for someone who can close warm leads efficiently but is also comfortable driving new conversations when needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Work warm leads from discovery to close
  • Conduct structured follow-ups and pipeline movement
  • Execute targeted outbound outreach, including cold calls, when growing your territory or reactivating older leads
  • Conduct needs assessments, product demos, and pricing discussions
  • Prepare and send accurate quotes and proposals
  • Maintain exceptionally clean and organized CRM data in HubSpot
  • Evaluate lead quality, prioritize effectively, and manage a multi-stage pipeline
  • Collaborate with artwork, operations, and customer success for smooth onboarding
  • Build strong long-term relationships with recurring revenue potential
  • Provide clear updates on KPIs, pipeline, and closing progress

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Proven closing ability in B2B sales
  • Confidence and experience with cold calling (required skill, not optional)
  • Ability to balance warm lead closing with outbound development
  • Highly self-organized with excellent time, pipeline, and task management
  • Strong skills in proposal creation, pricing conversations, and follow-up discipline
  • High attention to detail and excellent data hygiene in HubSpot
  • Professional, consultative communication skills (phone, video, email)
  • Comfortable working independently as a 1099 commission-only contractor
  • Ability to manage a high volume of conversations simultaneously
  • Must be located in the United States or Canada

Preferred

  • Experience in flexible packaging, labels, printing, or CPG
  • Experience closing deals with SMBs, startups, or emerging brands
  • Familiarity with recurring order cycles and volume-based supply agreements
  • Network in coffee, supplements, snacks, wellness, or pet food

Compensation

This role is 100% commission-based (no base salary). We provide:
