What are custom roll labels?
Custom roll labels are self adhesive labels supplied on a roll, making them ideal for both hand application and automatic labeling machines. They're perfect for food, beverages, supplements, cosmetics, pet products, candles, and many other products.
Can I order custom stickers instead of roll labels?
Yes. All of our roll labels feature a self adhesive backing, so they're ready to apply as soon as they arrive.
Can you print custom shapes?
Yes! Your labels can be die cut into almost any shape, including circles, squares, ovals, or completely custom designs that match your brand.
Can I use roll labels with my labeling machine?
Yes. We can produce roll labels for both manual application and automatic labeling machines. If your applicator has specific requirements, let us know before ordering and we'll configure the rolls accordingly. Or you can choose the winding direction in the ordering process by yourself.
What is label winding direction?
If you're applying labels by hand, the winding direction usually doesn't matter.
However, if you're using an automatic labeling machine, the unwind direction is important for proper application. If you're unsure which winding direction you need, we're happy to help.
What adhesives do you offer?
Depending on the material, we offer permanent and removable. If your labels need to stick to challenging surfaces or be removed cleanly, we'll recommend the best adhesive for your application.
Is digital label printing as good as offset printing?
Absolutely. We print on HP Indigo digital presses, delivering exceptional print quality with vibrant colors, sharp details, and smooth gradients. Digital printing also allows for lower minimums, faster turnaround times, and easy artwork updates without sacrificing quality.
What file format should I upload?
For the best print quality, we recommend uploading a high resolution PDF with 0.08" (2 mm) bleed and outlined fonts. If you're unsure whether your artwork is print ready, our prepress team will review it before production.

Do you offer matte and glossy finishes?
Yes. Most of our label materials are available with either a matte or glossy finish, allowing you to create the look that best fits your brand.
