UPS Express Shipping

We ship all small to medium-sized quantities via UPS Express. As soon as the goods have been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking code so you can track your shipment at any time.

We handle all customs clearance - worldwide DDP shipping

We provide the full service for all deliveries world wide: your order is shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that we bear all costs and risks until your order arrives - including customs duties. You can sit back and relax while we take care of everything!

Shipping & payment processing

We ship worldwide with UPS Express as our trusted logistics partner.

UPS Express takes about 2-4 business days for deliveries within the USA and Canada. Shipping to other countries may take longer, but we’re happy to provide you with more information.

The sample pack is shipped daily, and delivery typically takes 1–2 business days.

We accept credit card and bank transfer.

When paying in advance, we prefer payment via ACH transfer. As soon as we have received the payment, we will begin production of your order.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your delivery online at any time.

Please contact our customer service immediately if your order arrives damaged. We will solve the problem as quickly as possible and deliver a replacement if necessary.

If you would like to change your delivery address, please contact our customer service immediately. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we can usually adjust the address.
