Starting at an annual volume of 100,000 pouches, you can send us a request and we’ll create your custom offer.
What is the smallest quantity I can order from my annual print on demand agreement?
10,000 pouches is the smallest quantity you can order from your print-on-demand annual agreement. If you need a smaller amount, you can order at the regular calculator price.
My annual volume is made up of many different sizes and materials, is that possible too?
Yes, you can mix all sizes and materials, only your total annual volume counts.
What is the delivery time for print-on-demand orders?
Print-on-demand customers are our VIPs, we have a delivery time of 10 days for all orders. If you need the pouches sooner, just let us know and we’ll see what we can do for you.
Are there any hidden costs such as shipping or tariffs?

Can I change my artwork with each order, or do I have to reorder 1:1?

Will my print files be checked?
Yes, we offer support with the design. Our team is at your disposal to ensure that your design is realized perfectly.
All newly submitted print files are checked for print readiness, not for legal compliance. Our graphics team makes sure all print parameters are set up correctly, we verify alignment, color mode, and special colors such as white ink. This service is also free of charge for Print-on-Demand customers.
When do I pay for my individual print-on-demand deal?
You only pay when you place a new order, perfect for your cash flow. You get the price as if you had ordered the full annual volume, but you pay over the course of the year.
